I'm Lucas Bledsoe, I am a junior, I play baseball for the high school and im going to be the starting catcher for varsity. I came from saratoga I went there from kindergarten all the way up to 8th grade. In my free time I like to play baseball or really any other sport.
In Contemporary World Problems you will not turn in a physical paper for the course, everything will be done electronically, you will meet once a week, you will use Schoology which will help you manage all the work you get, you will be using Google Docs to share files back and forth, and you will using other sites such as CNN.com, Theweek.com, and Investopedia.com for course information. You will meet once a week on Tuesday or Thursday in Lab 133, if you miss a day you will have to find one of the teachers. The course will be broken into six modules that you will complete during the course. Some modules will be will run for a period 5-7 weeks, and some an entire semester. Weekly assignments are due Monday night at 11:55 p.m. Expect 7-10 hours a week for each assignment. If you are not good with time management or not comfortable with technology, you should reconsidered taking this class.
